Rapper Snoop Dogg smoked Weed in the WHITE HOUSE and pretended it was a "Napkin"

Famous rapper Snoop Dogg in high places as he confessed smoking "Cannabis" in a White House Bathroom last December when he attended the Kennedy Center Honors. Snoop lit the "splif" in a bathroom claiming to have ignited a 'napkin'

When asked about it on  Snoop Dogg's GGN ('Double G News Network') You tube show by comedian and talk show host Jimmy Kimmel. 

 'Have you ever smoked at the White House?'

Snoop replied: 'In the bathroom, not in the White house but in the bathroom.
